1. Join Daily 7:30 am Beach Tai Chi-Chi Kung, (directions below & in detail on next page.) It is Extra Beneficial to absorb Sunrise Chi & 5 Elements. Hour-long classes are 6 days weekly, (Tues is off). Weds. Class is 108 Yang Form by invitation only. Mon. class features Chinese Yoga known as Tao Yin. Yes! Sat. & Sun., too! Dress for weather.
2. Mon. NIGHT 6:30 to 7:45 pm class, It's at same location. (Sunset energy is powerful as well.

T.L.C. Tai Chi-Chi Kung and the Healing Tao of S. FL. offers a Home Practice Video/DVD Featuring the Tai Chi-Chi Kung form as taught to Raven by Mantak Chia. It is repeated with directions on how to move the energy through each posture, the corners and postures are named, and each corner is repeated both in regular time and slow motion. The Video begins with the form done from start to finish while in the background is a song that is written and sung by Raven Cohan. The Song is entitled, "Tai Chi- A Way to Learn to Be"... Also there is a demonstration of the Yang Style 108 movement form as taught to Raven by Master Wei Lun Huang. The 108 Postures are named and numbered!

It costs $20.00. If you have studied at least ten classes with Raven or another HT teacher , the cost is only $12.00. Postage is included in USA. Raven and Gene Cohan's home, and Healing Tao of S. FL. This is a townhome at 314 Oak St., Hollywood. Classes are on Beach at Franklin St. which is one block South at life guard stand or on Surf Rd.

Coming from South: on I-95 and heading North, to Sheridan St. (The exit before Sheridan is Hollywood Blvd). About seven/twelve more minutes to house. Turn right onto Sheridan, (or East.) Go straight to the Ocean over intra-coastal bridge. Facing North Beach Park, make a left turn (or North) onto A1A, (highway runs close to the Ocean.) Go 1 mile North on A1A. Look for a sign on your left that says, "Deep Sea Fishing", then see blue townhouses and get ready to turn right at next street, which is Oak. (Continue House)

Coming from North: Exit I-95 at 595 EAST. (a long exit ramp is after Broward Blvd. Stay right. After Davie Rd. exit then look for 595 East exit at your left. Follow directions for West given next.)

Coming from West via 595: Get off at exit 12 A/ The Airport and US 1. Stay RIGHT! Follow US1 South passing 3 lights before. Dania Beach Blvd. and turn left / (East). At Ocean, cross Intra-coastal Bridge and clover-leaf counter-clockwise into A1A S. (Follow signs, "to Beaches") Short eight blocks to Oak St. (Pass Palm & then Elm st.)

Continue to house from all directions... The house is west-most unit of an 8 unit, peach colored townhouse building on the right, about half-way down toward ocean. The number 314 is over door. Pull into driveway. If first to arrive, park very close to the garage door to make space. Or there are three spots at the N.W. corner of Oak and Surf rd. by the ocean... U-turn car and face West. Park up against the fence, off the road. More parking at meters on Perry st. one block south of Franklin. Bring quarters. Please park legally, not in private space.
